So, I've seen Photonic Fleet used a couple times by NPCs and the skill tree lists it under photonic theory but I have yet to see a bridge officer that can train it. Is it just a REALLY rare skill or was it removed from PC gameplay?

I get that, I mean I havent seen it trainable anywhere. Not as a skill on rare characters, not at the trainer... I just cant find it.

You can't train it currently I believe its a Science class only ability... once your science character reaches lvl38? you get the fleet skilll. But I dont believe you can train it to a boff.

Photonic Theory also effects Photonic shockwave which a tier 3 science ship and higher can use.

the photonic consoles also effect things like photonic blast wave or whatever and photonic officer among other things.

They also add to the recharge bonus from photonic officer.
Btw, any one knows whyphotonic officer doesn't affect the cooldown of photonic fleet?
