After beaming up from light cruiser I get repeated "server not responding" messages, any ideas why?!?!?

Hmm, what puzzles me is that Queue. After a while, there comes a button asking you to join. Is'nt that the moment the map instance starts? I pushed that button instandly ... it was just counting 50, 49, 48 ..
when I came in 5 Klingon players were already waiting at my spawn-point(!) How could they reach that point in a few seconds having already a Turret in place??? Doesn't that join-button appear at the same time for players queued for that fight?

It means the server is under heavy load. Usually the game will continue to load.
