Two things.
First: What do they need to weak up about?
Second: The issue is on your end. I'm in-game right now.

If you are in the game thats fine but that doesnt mean that everything is fine. there is still the issue that i cant login and that i have a proper account what is properly activated.
maybe some day you will not be able to login in where others can do so dont tell me bull ****. i know exactly that the issue has to do with crytic. they couldnt even manage the items of the preorder key which i got with one week delay.

In another thread, just now, you said this:
I have activated both of these properly and they appear in my products
Activated Features
* Star Trek Online - Preorder
* Star Trek Online 12 Month Subscription Preorder
but i cant log in. thats a problem maybe you dont realize so stop telling thing that are not ture unless you realy know something smart.
If that is all that it shows, then you have not activated a retail/deluxe key that is needed for further play. A preorder key won't cut it any more.

You do not get bonus items from a preorder key. You get bonus items from a retail key. The problem is not Cryptic's. You SHOULDN'T have the bonus items, if all you have is a preorder key. It's working properly.
Anyway, you need a retail key to keep playing now. Because the grace period from preorder is over.
If you made a preorder, you should have a retail key by now. If you preordered a physical box, you need to punch in the code that came with the DVD. If you ordered a digital download, you should have gotten your full retail key in e-mail.
If you don't have your retail key, check with the store you bought from.

There are days that I can't log in for a while, or that I keep getting disconnected. I do not mind those days. It's a brand new game, and servers are overclocking just to keep up. I understand this issue, and I can accept that Cryptic is doing everything that they can to try to make things run smoothly. Working around the clock to get things fixed, and get everyone their precious pre-order goodies.
Cryptic is not responsible for Atari's broken website, Amazon canceling orders, GameStop's horrible customer service, or Steam's failure to download, activate and give proper bonuses.
Sounds like you should submit your resume to Cryptic to be their QC manager, PR specialist, and hardware/software controller. Sounds like you think that you can do a better job than they can- so I challenge you to try.

Nobody knows what you're talking about.

Your free 30 days begins the moment your enter your retail key on the website. However, you do need to set up your subscription to take effect after your 30 days runs out. You have to do this before you can complete your registration.
If you check your current subscriptions, it should say that you will be billed on X day in March. For me, I have 30 free days, and two extra from the Del Taco promotion. My first payment is due on March 4.

i do not use a credit card or pay pal . i have to buy a game card first so i can put in a key code so basically anyone using this option u end up paying to play and not having yur 30 days free . it ends up being 7.50 per month not free and picking a pay option when i bought the game on the premisis that i would have 30 days free trial to see if it would be worth it. so far its not i have to buy a game card and u had to buty another month to get your freee 30 days so its not free

No. No, see: when the game asks you to register payment details when you enter a retail key, they are NOT ASKING YOU TO PAY NOW.
They're asking you to pay LATER, when your free 30 days are OVER. They do NOT charge your credit card (or PayPal, etc) until AFTER the free 30 days.
This means that you can register your retail code, sign up for the subscription, then IMMEDIATELY CANCEL IT. You will NOT be charged any money.
Then you can play free for 30 days.

The month of February is free for me. I paid for the month of March ahead of time when I set up my subscription, but I didn't have to pay a cent for February. So yeah, my first 30 days are free.
When is your first bill due?

Yes, from a certain point of view - it makes sense for them to only ask you for payment details towards the end of your 30 days. I totally agree.
But I understand why it's done this way. There's some people here who barely even realise you're required to pay a monthly sub. So when you register the game account, it makes it clear there and then that there's a monthly fee involved. It prompts you at that point.
Sure, the more friendly way would be to have an option...'register payment details later'. But I suspect they want your card on record for other reasons. Perhaps so they can be sure you're a human being, and not a gold-spammer bot.
Anyway, the game won't charge you when you register your account. You still get your 30 days free.
If you don't want to plug in your credit card details, you can always grab a demo card number off the web somewhere; there are test numbers that exist for this purpose.

I did. The Cryptic billing system for STO is exactly the same as for Champions Online. Because it's the same billing servers. It's the same damn interface.
When I played Champions, what I describe is exactly what I did. I put my card details in when I registered, and then immediately canceled my subscription.
No money was charged to my credit card.
The account service said I had no active sub, but continued to register the 30 free days.
There's lots of people who are doing the same thing with STO. This WORKS.

Put whatever the hell for payment details when they first ask you, then immediately cancel the subscription. Like I said. Then you're set for the free 30 days with no charge to you. You'll still have a credit card/paypal/whatever on file with them - doesn't matter. You don't need to use it, and they won't charge you on it.
When you get the in-store game time cards, just log into your account and then use the standard 'Redeem Key' link off the main page.
I did all this with Champions. STO is no different.

I preordered the Star Trek Online Deluxe Edition - Digital Download, and I was only given one activation key code, used it trying to get onto the beta but could not make that happen. I'm wondering when I'll be getting another key code, if that's what suppose to happen. At any rate, I'm unable to log into the game also.

If you received that code during the beta period - that is, before 29 Jan...that'd just be a preorder code. For beta and headstart access. So it shouldn't work now.
Where did you get your Digital Download from? If it was from Direct2Drive, Steam, or some other similar vendor, they should have e-mailed a second code on Feb 2nd. If not, you can log in to D2D or Steam and view your product keys there.
If you ordered from the Atari website...yeah, I've heard rumours they've been late sending out keys for some people. Other folks say they did receive their keys from Atari, but their e-mail spam filters caught 'em.
(Because the e-mail isn't actually from Atari, but from a French retailer that runs the Atari web shop).
