Trouble with missions completing

Has anyone else experience a problem where there missions won't complete after they beat them? I am stuck and the same three missions won't go away from my que and I've beat them multiple times and its really annoying and I can't really advance in the game because of this.

Yeah. I just got rid of them and did other quests.

I tried that but even when I get a new quest. Like I got the starbase 24 quest where it was under attack. I did it and now it just stays there. I also for whatever reason can't customize my ship. Everytime I try to and change the window colors it just stays the same.
