Why is it that when I try to redeem my retail key to activate star trek online I get this message: " This product key did not match our records."
I tried typing the key for the last 2 days and keep getting this message.
Cryptic can you please look into this situation. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.
Does anyone have know what what the cause of this is or has a solution?

How many digits is the key you are trying to enter (minus any -)?
What vendor did you get the key from?

I just added the product key and it refuses to let me add it I was a beta tester and just finally bought a new vid card and game and its a no go and no good picked it up from best buy
btw cant open a ticket either
