Having the same problem as i assume most people are with the Zvillhaih System Patrol, i finished and completed it, however it will not register on my mission list. I've done the rest of the mission, i just am waiting for this to register.

Yet again i figured out my own stupidity. Solution to this problem (should anyone get it), is to delete the not the patrol mission but the secure mission then exit STO, then restart it. It fixed it for me, i had to do it again but its a scanning mission. I didnt try just exiting so the mission might actually complete upon restart (though dont quote me on it)
