Myself and couple of my friends and co-workers are IT professionals of one type or another. Network Admins, DBAs, Support Techs, Web Developers, etc. Are there any fleets out there comprised of 25-40 year old, degreed, certified, systems admins looking for a few good experienced recruits? Come on guys this is Star Trek someone talk geek to me.

As it turns out, many of us are programmers / IT field as well. We are pretty laid back and just play for fun. No real rules other than to treat others with some semblance of respect.
