Problems with Launcher Updating

Hey All,

I have installed the game from the box and when I double click on the launcher icon it gives me a little windows which says "Launcher is Updating, Please be Patient" I have left this for up to 2 hours and nothing... My other games are connecting fine. Can anyone help?

I have a similar problem, but I get an error that a file won't write.

I submitted a C.S. ticket yesterday, but there has been no response.

Was having a similar problem, in Windows 7 had to run the game as administrator to get it to connect.
