Can we have a slot for our comm badge when OD.
All the Captains still keep a comm badge with them, even when OD. Your never /really/ off duty, now are you?

Picard on Risa... he still had his combadge on.
We need to be able to use any of the combadges (TNG/TNG Movies) on them.

Janeway and Seven of Nine target practising in their work out clothes, still had them on as well.
