Klingons and Tribbles

I have noticed that some klingon Players have managed to get buffs not the BORG Tribble buff but real Buffs although they always appears to be Alien speices. Is this just another reason to rol;lan alien not a klingon?

Tribbles dont work for KLINGONS ...but they work for all others like ORIONS and such -> so as long as its not a Klingon Race sign on the Character he can use the Tribble.
