Bug?? Mission Divide Et Impera

So I just finished the Minefiled Mission and according to STO Wiki, my next mission is suppose to be Divide Et Impera offered by Admiral Te'Nae. I do not have this mission available on my list, I've tried refreshing starfleet communication and nothing. As soon as I finished the Minefield Mission, I received my reward and that was it.

The only other mission availabe are like routine exploration and patroling certain systems.

Whats going on here? Does this mission have a bug or something?

What am I missing?
