over rated NPC's

right just went against a sensor contact in sirus sector and i was destroyed by an individual Klingon fighter. im a RA3 escort and i was destroyed in seconds flat. i also watched the same happen to a galaxy class. think somethings wrong there

Keep your shields up and use damage resistance buffs. Now NPCs have a chance to get a very high critical on their torpedoe hits. So if you got nailed on the hull with a salvo, you are dead.

did you happen to notice if the enemies were scaled up to be a challenge for you? i know it happened when a few higher ranking fleet-mates came in to a block patrol with me and iw as facing +38 klingons, and they got torn to shreds in there along with me when multiple spawns were going after us.

I've had similar issues yesterday. Several instances with enemies "out of my league", despite them being advertised as 2 levels below my level in the sensor contact description. I guess something is wrong with the level-banding feature?
