Today I tried to Skill up my officer now that i have finally gotten my BO points back after this weekend's little hickup.

Anyways: I have no Problem what so ever with my tactical and Engeneering officers, but when it comes to the Sicence officers I cant do jack. I just get the same skill error we got back in the beta "Sorry. Somthing went wrong with....".
Now the skills that im trying to skill up were trained. Don't know if it matters, since I have also been able to train skills and skill up on other officers.

Now i tried to submit this along with a ton of other bugs in the game, but i always keep getting the same automated response and nothing more... While i understand the problem with getting and responding many tickets... some of mine have 29 days history, without even being closed... If i had done that on my last job, my boss would have kicked my butt.

I hope i get some sort of response here.

Hey, I think I can help you out a little bit here!

As per our policy, we do not send out individualized responses to bug reports. The Bug Reporting feature is just there to let us know about code defects that you find, so that we can investigate and fix them, but as a result we don't even look at much beyond the technical information we can use to fix the bug so we can more immediately get on with the task of repairing it.

If you ever face a bug that negatively impacts your ability to play and you actually need someone to step in and assist you with it, you need to send in a GM Support ticket with a request for help, in addition to your bug report.

Fair enough...

I would suggest that you somehow close tickets once recived. It is an itch i have from my last job: Open tickets = Bad...
No matter, your company, your policy...

On topic: So if i understand you correctley i should submit a GM Bug report about this? It is not that is is a hard fail for me, so i dont want to bug you guys unnessacarily.
It is decreasing my chances in battle thoug.

You certainly should submit a GM Support ticket on it. I'm not sure if this is something the GMs can assist you with, but it never hurts to try. Don't worry about bugging us, that's what we're here for! :)

Heh... TBH sometimes i'd rather sit at your end rather than mine. Makes deciding what to submit where much easier.
