Well for being a joke it sure looked like something real. Oh wait so did the Klingon gameplay lol. Im sure someday after they are done putting out the 80th ship costume for the fed's, or the 100th race for them, then and maybe then we might get some more content arround the 4th of never :P

I think everyone can see this is Star FLEET Online, you only have to take a look at this, the official website, to see there is no Klingon content and nothing at all about Klingons, except for a faction page describing them and a footnote in the manual. No where do i see anything about Klingon Ships, or how Klingon gameplay is implemented.

I mean take a look at the pathetic attempt of describing Klingon Play in the actual "Official" online manual... I've had better insctructions on how to make a cup of coffee. If it wasn't for the fact that i had paid for LT, i would have stopped playing ages ago.

Love it, very nice.

New features for STO-2: ROE
* Off duty uniforms, many to choose from (oh, that's right, we don't have even primary choices yet)
* All Fed space is now PvP (New Gank the Fed daily)
* The Sol system can now be destroyed (train the CE to the Sol system and enjoy!)
* New KDF Science Vessel (comes standard with SNB, VM and heated leather seats)
* KDF Carriers now can spawn fleets of Negh'Vars and BoPs. Turn rate increased +50.

I can sort of understand some of the bitterness folks have. But this post is just odd considering one of the joke's punchlines:

starting with the official Open Beta of STOII, on September 1st 2010 we will discontinue our service for Star Trek Online.

When one of the "jokes" suggests they are removing Starfleet from the game by removing all support for STO-1 ... it's just ... I dunno, strange to see this post is all.

The Klingon Empire is changing it's name and the High Council is accepting suggestions. So far we have:


The Nerfed Empire/Empire of Nerf
The Tablescraps Empire
An Empire of One


Other suggestions welcome.
