Tribble question

I've been looking like crazy and I can't find it.

Call me a nOOb, but....

When you use a tribble, is it "consumed". Does it disappear? If so is it the same for Borg and Riviera?

They are reusable. The only way you can lose them is if you discard them on purpose, or discharge a bridge officer who is still carrying one.

Only Klingons can eat tribbles, but they make so much noise the klingon quickly looses appetite when attempting to do so.

Seriously they are are a great time to give BOs, One heal tribble and one advanced tribble (extra damage, regen, protection or some combination). I Personally use (Tuf) and (Ric) variants on each BO. Tuf you can get cheap (1-10 credits), but RIC run 100K or more.

Turns out the breeding charactistics of the "Tribble of Borg" is matching the Rivera pre-order Tribble exactly so far. This means that the Devs have, in essense, given us another way to obtain the pre-order Tribble if you didn't have it already.

If I had to guess the Devs will probably make the Borg Tribble a recurring prize to motivate people to test each major upgrade to the game. Basically there's no reason -not- to reoffer it again (or another one just like it) at this point.

the Rivera gives 1% to DPS, 1% to Regen, and 1% to resist

the Tribble of Borg gives 1% resist and 2% DPS to Borg only.

IMHO.. the best tribbles in game are the Rivera and Ricossa. Valesquez coming in a close 3rd. (Ricossa for 1% DPS Increase and 1% damage Resist.. Valesquez for 2% DPS increase [2x DPS buff]). Tribble of Borg is only good for the current STFs and some Explore missions that have Borg.

as for Breeding, agreed, they follow my feeding table on the same exact path.

Since I only mentioned the breeding characteristics between the Borg and Rivera that was the only way I was comparing them.

And if you want the best Tribbles for the DPS buffs you'd want to use either the Nielson or the Harrington Tribble. They provide 2.5x DPS buffs.

GYAH! I feel like a total noob for not even thinking I could equip tribbles on my BOffs. back to the tribble breeding I go. good thing I still have the I used to get my current one
