Our old computer finally died with STO installed on it. Will I be able to install it again our other computer? If not, how do I uninstall from our crashed computer?

Your retail key is tied to your account on the server not on the PC so you can install on as many PC as you want . You can only play on one PC at a time.
When you install the game and the screen pops up asking to enter your retail key , just closre the window and the installation will continue.
