Hey guys, I did not see any thread about this specific topic. If there is one, I apologize.

There were rumours in the tribble thread about the one time reward being a borg bridge officer, but I am not sure if that has been confirmed. Does anyone have any information about what it is? Does anyone know what must be done to get it?

I finished the mission, discovered a hidden accolade and still did not get any special reward....so I have no clue what it is.

I just completed Khitomer and too found the accolade, and no Borg Bridge Officer (even checked Starfleet).

So I'm going to look around and see if we have to talk to someone in order to get it.

I too got the "Assimilated" accolade last night with my group but it does not seem to infer any additional reward or give a further quest. Clicked all contacts at starfleet incase it had passively given a mission and checked the ships at Omega fleet but nothing was forthecoming.

Got a couple of other things to try in todays run so may have something more to add later today.

from what I hear that bit is bugged (just like the puzzle) it seems you are not always getting the borg BO despite getting the acolade. Best bet is to well put a petition in at this point.

You make it sound like you know people who have recieved the Borg BO, can you confirm it is the Assimilated achievement which is meant to give it?

Seems no point in petitioning if it's not the correct accolade.

that is what i was told yes, atleast by one of the guys that did it.
One of their group got the BO and the rest did not.

there is a but though as i was NOT with that group i do not know if that one person did anything different as the others.

The accolade is hidden in one of the tunnel power conduit things that you destroy. There are three of them, only the first one you come across (In the main corridor) will be the one you get the accolade from. You have to step inside it and let it kill you to get it.

There are three we found. But if you got them from one of the tunnels in the massive room, then I guess in that case you can get it from any of them. Good to know.

Are you serious? You have to let something kill you to get the accolade? That's bull crap. I hate dieing and refuse to do it on purpose. I quit playing the Klingon faction at the point where I got the quest that told me I had to die 25 times in battle to complete the quest. It's asinine to require us to die on purpose.

It may not be exactly the same as the Amazon one. Also it could have been the method of delivery or something else that was bugged and not the officer itself.

Your character is simply assimilated into the borg and you never get to play them again. :eek:

You might meet up with them again on another charcter someday, though. :D

Where are these upgrade machines in the mission? Before, during, or after taking the six generators offline?

Off-topic, but...

The only 'un-Star Trek-y' aspect of Feedback Pulse is its name. 'Feedback Pulse' was used against a tractor beam, not beam weapons fire (VOY 'Collective'). However, we have seen the shields used to absorb external energy, and channel/focus it through the deflector dish in a newly compressed beam emitted from the dish (throughout TNG).

YES this is correct..finished it today after a week of banging head on keyboard / yelling at the screen / fliping off BORG cube pics on my wall and teaming up with, Umm not good attention players (Nice way of saying it)..anyway..the rumor is..the accolade will state it in the chat window..pay attention to it after you go thru the tunnel and die or whatever..if it does not say something to that extent..you did not get it..

Rumor is the prize is bugged and will be given out later..so be patient..Just make sure you see accolade complete in chat window..in another than your typical color chat..
