BO to other characters ?

Is it possible to transfer Bridge Officers to other characters please ? nd how do you do that ?

Currently, once a BO has been comissioned... (e.g. Accepted as a member of your crew...) it is not possible to transfer/trade/exchange him... A non-comissioned officier can be transfered via Email attachement from a system mail console, or dragged and sold on the Exchange...
