After several requests, a STO gamemaster showed me hor to get a little more visible cursor. Since lots of other people seem to have the same problem with the cursor that I had, I will pass the info on.
Go to options, vidio, and Advanced options. Go to troubleshooting and click the box for the software cursor.
This cursor is a little more visible and has made it possible for me (with poor eyesight) to continue playing the game.
Beware! You pay a price in vidio responce, but for me, at least, it's worth it.
I would still like to see Cryptic make a better cursor available in the game without a loss in quality.
