C-Store: MACO Uniforms

I'm hoping at some point we will be able to purchase MACO uniforms (mirror universe ones as well) from the C-Store.

MACO:

Uniforms
Rifles
Stun Botons (Melee)


These would be an awesome addition to the game!

But i would also love to see the normal ENT Uniforms as well as their Mirror Universe counterparts. Male and Female! :D

The MACO uniforms and skin for weapons would be welcome. Personnally, I want to see the uniform pattern on armor since thats in line with what MACO was for. Would beat walking around in bright suits AND be a nice reflection of canon.

Boarding Parties, Massive away teams.

How about letting a MACO officer sidekick with a Star Fleet Ship.

I could be a very useful bridge officer.

Hey, if you want to mod what you see.. fine by me. Changes nothing really.

You could make yourselves all look like ninjas and have a nice sword fight on Sol,.. nobody will know what you are doing...but as long as YOU are happy lol.

Just wanted to point out that with the upcoming addition of the Mercenary Uniform option ... the game is taking a step CLOSER to this thread's suggestion.

It's not there yet. But I think the merc outfit opens the door to make this a possibility.

I was thinking the same thing. It does seem however that whoever is running the store seems to be able to deliver things and in a timely manner whereas those running the content side of the house are not. Maybe that is why people are simply asking for store options.

I dont want these to be a uniform, I want these to be a skin applied to ARMOR.

That way you can have your team with a normal uniform while being able to 'show armor' to switch to the marine maco armor for ground missions. Not only is it better it sets the line for doing the OTHER equipment like the Rifle.

Inorder to get the weapon in they would either have to make a brand new weapon, likely to be a sniper bolt rifle which is going to suck compared to existing versions OR make it a skin that applies to any weapon being used.

Thus if they make the Maco uniform apply to any armor worn and the rifle skin apply to any rifle used. It dosent force folks to switch to specific armor / weapon types that will eventually become inferior to existing weapons.

- Then they both become worthless unless this gear comes out being purple AND levels up to compete with existing gear.
Sure, some folks might use them because they look cool but using gear that is below optimal in a game which is becoming increasingly 'gear' orientated is going to cause you problems.
