Air Guitar Emote!

Just read through the news about 1.2 from the RSS feed and I see mention of an air guitar emote! Is this real? If so i'm totally getting it, although I can't really see how or why I would ever use this emote aside from re-creating Bill and Ted on my bridge (rather than just in my head).

If it's real then Devs I officially love you (in a totally straight way of course)

still waiting on a variety of console typing emotes, and a drink emote where you stand and drink without putting your drink away after one sip. Id also like a TOS communicator emote.

No reason to use the Air Guitar? Well you need to listen to subspace radio and sing and dance along, then you'll find a reason to use it.

This is one thing I do not understand being in the C-store. One would expect emotes to be the kind of thing to which everyone has access.

I'd like to have a "set phasers to stun/kill" emote. Pull it out and manually flip its setting.
Maybe a classic TNG uniform shirt tug Picard was so OCD'ing on.:D

I like the idea of the Air guitar, but not sure it's worth paying for. Now give me an emote where I do my best Kirk impersonation and flip off the target while yelling, "A double dumb-ass on you!" and I couldn't reach for my credit card fast enough.

This and a hundred times this. Surely in a T-rated game they can squeeze by with that, especially as something you have to pay to use anyway.

I totally agree with this as well. Cryptic, put the '(Colorful) Metaphor' emote into Pack 3, and watch it fly out of the C-Store.* :D


*It might not. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd buy it & I think others would as well. Especially if the other emotes in the pack are good as well.
