When I got the Atari Collector's Edition, I assumed I would get the 500 Cryptic Points listed under the "details" section of the retailers page. Recently, I noticed that I never got these points! Can someone please explain this? Thank you!

If this is a direct purchase from Atari, you should open a Billing/Support ticket to get this issue looked at...
