View Full Version : Why can't Klingon missions give more skill points? 75 does'nt seem like a lot.

Before you start, this is not a rant but an observation:)
I was counting on the eary Klink missions to get my lvl 19 Gorn up to lvl 20 when S2 came out. After completing the first one "Bringing down the House" I found it barely giving any. It only gave 75 skill points which I don't know if that's a glitch or not but it seems a little ridiculous.

Every fed mission gives at least 350 SP so how come Klingon missions only give so little? Yes I know that it's going to take more then just two missions to level up but every little thing helps but unfortanantly 75 sp from a mission does not. I would'nt mind if I only got 75 if I was beyond the expected rank to be playing it but even then it should be giving more.

So my question is why?

I dont realy care about XP...
but what i find annoying is that all the new missions (fed ones too) dont give you any Items as Rewards anymore.
In almost every Fed mission you can choose between 3 or 4 rewards that are sometimes pretty rare items and very often pretty usefull.

at least from what i've seen so far.

Yeah its a joke, now that Klingons have 8 missions they could atleast ffs give some real skillpoints and a reward for them.I mean use your brains when you set up these missions to the players . :)

I think its because the mission in question is a level 10 mission. As you level above a mission's level, the rewards go down, due to the mission being a hell of a lot easier. A lot of people are going back and doing the new missions now, not level appropriate, which is why the rewards seem paltry. Roll a new alt and do them on that toon as you get them, and I bet it'll be more what you'd expect.
