right i have been trying to patch for the last 2 days now. i m having serious problems. im stuck at 1.4gb its really starting to push me now. any solutions.

I'd first suggest rebooting your modem, router, and computer. Sounds like you may have connectivity issues. It took me about 5 hours to download the same patch, so the issue isn't on Cryptic's end. At least it wasn't last Tuesday.

port forwarding setting on your router ?
( that's as far as I'll go..... I'm not an expert...but with some routers or ISP's, dont you have to specify ports for online gaming ? )
anyone with any REAL knowledge can chime in here...before I look like a complete idiot.
