Aside from the the 3 or 4 dead systems {bugged or already cleared by another}, I have seen 3 of these missions in the Vice Admiral B'Tran that I was actually allowed to interact with. My problem is that once I provide the commodities I get no offer of friendship or whatever...what gives? If this is a known issue and already covered then I apologize....but this is really a pain in the ass.
Couple this with several other issues in B'Tran and it gets aggitating really quick.
