Retrofit Equipment Question

What actual equipment comes with the various retrofit ships? I have no desire to use the ship (I'm quite content with my Galaxy-X) but, I may want to use the Engines, etc.

What do each of them come with? I'm a RAUH4, and I want to decide before I make the jump to VA.

The Defiant does have the ability to saucer seperate in canon. The "nose" portion can seperate from the rest of the ship becoming either a warhead or a lifeboat.

Problem is, the rest of the ship loses their navigational deflector, hobbling the ship.

Warhead OR lifeboat? Hope they never confuse the two.:D
