First of all, I'm sure afew bits from this have been suggested before, if not all of it, so sorry if it has, but I was thinking about how the Klingon Empire could get new sectors etc along with some sort of content, then I thought that if each House got its own Sector block and having players join a House then raiding between each other.
(there is enough Empire (http://ucip.org/sims/science/newmaps/klingon2.jpg) to have more blocks, and we all know theres no such things as an insignificat bit of space in the Klingon Empire)

Both trying to avoid House DSEs (your houses and friendly DSEs would ignore you but attack enemies and enemy ones would attack you), then a friend/foe type system between all the houses (say one week your friends with House A, not so much with B but you really hate C and then another week it'll be completely different) and players of each house could vote on which house you wanna be allies with and who you want to attack, maybe there might be a civil war and everyone who's not in your house is a target.

The systems in each block would have a different layout to each other, maybe similar goal (similar to the PVP ones but expanded upon, need ideas) but there would be a twist to each one etc. And each time your side wins your house gains honour, everytime you lose, your house loses honour, each system will have a mixure of players and AIs on either side so even if your the only player on your side, theres aleast some AIs to help you etc.
Also along with the House honour, there would be a leaderboard type system to show which house has been winning, but that might not last for long if afew other annoyed houses then gang up on that one.

Basicly, blood, sweat and alot of carnage for all Klingons
Also I was thinking of at least 4 Houses too add to this at the start, also would welcome ideas/comments etc.
