I must say "The Sacrifice of Angels" and "Waltz" both really knocked it out of the park.
One of Deep Space Nine's strengths is they embraced their reacurring cast and gave them some of the best material on the show. Marc Alaimo blew me away as Dukat in "Waltz".
Although I thought killing off Ziyal was a sad move, it really drives Dukat into an interesting new direction.
Glad to see you're enjoying the journey still, Brandon! :)

Would people not buy entire episodes from c-store if there was a web based player and the purchase also unlocked something in the game itself. I really do think they need to do something unique in this area that earns profit and delivers Star Trek to a generation that might not have seen it all.

Technically, 'Generations should be viewed between DS9 Seasons 3 and 4 (Way of the Warrior specifically mentions the destruction of the Enterprise-D).
'First Contact' should be viewed during DS9 Season 5, with 'Insurrection' being viewed after the conclusion of DS9.
'Nemesis' being the final TNG-era movie, should be viewed after the end of Voyager, since "Admiral" Janeway makes an appearance in Nemesis.

Not so sure about that... In Insurrection, Riker stated that the "Son'a have been known to produce large amount of Ketracel White" (a key components, necessary for Jem Hadar soldiers to survive). That comment leaves it ambiguous whether the war is still ongoing, or "just finished".
Nemesis is definitely after the war since (again) Riker, stated that "During the Dominion War, Reman soldiers were used as shock troops", to which Picard replied "Cannonfodder". That, together with the aforementioned appearance of "Admiral" Janeway.

It does take place during the war. Because when Riker mentions that the Diplomatic Corp is tied up in Dominion Negotiations, which is why the Enterprise is being sent to 'put out one more brush fire'. And of course there is the fact that Worf is still in Starfleet, and stationed on DS9, at the time of the movie.

It's uneeded clutter. And no offense, but this is Brandon's personal hobby, and not what most folks are checking the Dev Tracker for.I mean no offense to Brandon, I really think this is a cool project. If I had the time and access to the shows I'd probably follow along.
That being said, I am disappointed when I go to the Dev Tracker and see a new post only to find it's just another Journey entry. It is, granted, only a minor annoyance, but just so when there's a "hot topic" that's waiting for Dev response, but we only get this. It's kind of a negative tease. :p
My personal disappointment aside, it's also got the bad reprocussions that it makes it harder to use the Dev Tracker to find actual Dev posts that pertain more directly to the game. Plus it more quickly pushes older posts off the tracker, which is the worse part.
My preference would be for Brandon to use his personal account to update the thread, so it doesn't tickle the Dev Tracker. I would even Vote for Sticky, and have it at the top of the Forum to enhance the "community" value of it. For those that like it, it's easy enough to subscribe to the thread and see updates without the Dev Tracker "clutter".
No hard feelings, and I'll not make a big stink or a "fight" about it, but I did want to pop in and say ShinRa isn't alone. :o
Thanks.

I am really sorry to hear that this is clutter to you :( Any post I make automatically goes in the Dev Tracker -- there is no checkbox or anything, it is automatic. Also, while it started as a personal hobby, many are subscribed to, and actively watching, this thread. I was happy to see this show up in the Dev Tracker once per day as it is another Community-centered event that brings us together.
Cheers,
Brandon =/\=
Just for some perspective; I'm not trying to knock on the project, or anyone who likes following it. But I'm what I consider one of the more 'casual' players, and I'm definately more casual about checking the board; Namely, I usually check once a day to see what's cropped up on the Dev tracker. This isn't because I don't want to be 'part of the community', or anything like that. I only have so much time in the day, and that usually means checking on STO once a day (especially during long content droughts...), and the Dev Tracker is usually a very useful tool in keeping track of what's going on. It's a little less useful when it starts becoming more and more about plugging links to podcasts and tracking hobbies. So, to someone who's trying to use the Dev Tracker to, y'know, track devs and what's going on with the game...it does fall into that "clutter" category.
That all being said, I figured it was an issue of the tracker just tracking everything, and if nothing can be done about it, that's how things are. After the holiday weekend of seeing one-line Episode summaries slowly start filling up the Dev Tracker just made me want to comment on it.

Why was it necessary to add "24th century" to the episode summary? No timetravel is involved in the episode, it's simply a matter of him for some reason, waking up in San Francisco instead of where he should be.
Also I agree with the previous poster, in that this thread would be better served by updating it with your personal account (since it's a "personal" activity), and not with your dev account (and thereby "cluttering" the dev tracker).

Not in the slightest! It's been a great adventure and I've loved every moment of it. It's great to have so many people following it, whether they are actively watching the episodes or just reading the summaries each day. I post the episodes everyday, including days off, because it is a mixed project.

The episode summary comes straight from the Wikipedia article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Star_Trek:_Voyager_episodes) on the series.
We discussed this in the page before this, and the one before that. It is an activity that brings the community together, so that is why I post on this account. It's also why you see the different in-game events, forum writing challenges, feedback posts etc. posted from this account. I have also been asked to use this account going forward, and not my personal on the forums :) I'm sure you can understand why. :)

I could never totally forgive Janeway for this episode.
A) I really felt for Tuvix.
B) Ethan Philips as a performer aside, I liked Tuvix more and never wanted a permanent cast change more than I did in this episode. Tuvok felt like a standard Vulcan with a sociopathic streak and a soft side that was nice but too rarely glimpsed. Neelix was a bit too wacky. I could watch a show with Tuvix. Recast Ethan Philips as a Ferengi who joined the crew, keep Tuvix, and we would have been gold.
Janeway took an innocent life for selfish reasons and I felt The Doctor was totally in the right here.

For once, we are in COMPLETE agreement. I didn't mind Voyager as a series, but "Neelix" was worse than wunder-boy Wesley. In fact, if you add up all the "questionable" actions by Janeway over the 7 year journey, one wonders how she managed to get promoted to Admiral, and not get court-martial-ed

Despite the obvious plotholes, such as why the "final" Captain Braxton allowed them to keep their memories of what had happened, or leaving the Doc with his 29th century mobile emitter. In the later episode with Braxton, it is suggested that the 29th century version of Starfleet has the technology to "re-integrate" various versions of a person, and "re-sequence" their memories if needed.

Year of Hell was great. I actually superimposed this as the type of ending Voyager should have had.
Janeway, on the bridge, bulkheads practically collapsing in, the crew after being evacuated... she looks at the timepeice. She did it, she got them home...

I just started looking through the forums and found your thread. I am a big fan of watching all the episodes and movies in chronological order and just finished running through Voyager last month. I love the episode with Seven and the Doctor in the nebula. It provided me with a great scenario I had always wondered about as a long time fan of the series. The question of whether you could run the ship by yourself is one I think a lot of fans have asked themselves.

One of my favorite dialog segments in that episode:
Janeway: Somehow I don't think standard diagnostics and security protocols are going to make me feel any better.
Tuvok: Captain?
Janeway: All of this is just a little too perfect. The alien genius with the answers to all our problems. A message from Starfleet telling us everything we want to hear. A starship delivered right to our doorstep. What more could we ask for? They even turned down the beds. The only thing missing is chocolates on the pillows.
Tuvok: It does seem convenient.
Janeway: I can't put my finger on it, but from the moment this all started I sensed something was wrong.
Tuvok: It started when Arturis boarded Voyager.

Yes that mission was really nice with its lore content and it would be nice to see some STF Udine missions like the remade Borg ones.
ps: I thought the whole back story of Star Trek online was about the Udine infiltration with the Iconians pulling some strings in the background; was this not what the STO book I liked so much was about.

Kashyk: Fire! It should have detonated. Those aren't neutrino emissions, they're antimatter residue signatures. There's no wormhole here. You created false readings.
Janeway: That is the theme for this evening, isn't it?
Kashyk: Prax, do you have the telepaths?
[Cargo Bay one]
Prax: I have cargo containers filled with vegetables.
[Bridge]
Kashyk: Return to the bridge!
Janeway: Computer, change music selection. Mahler's Symphony Number One, Second Movement. Maybe this will help you relax.
Devore (over comm): Inspector, we've completed our inventory of the vessel. Two of their shuttlecraft are missing.
Kashyk: They couldn't have gone far. Why didn't they appear on our long-range scans? Of course! Adjust their scanners to compensate for refractive shielding.
