There was a time you could buy and sell item in bulk! but after this last update that's no longer true! so what up dose anyone know?

Not sure what you mean - are you talking about the quanty option in th exchange? If so, it works fine for me - I just bought an listed several things in multiple quanties - at least for data samples.
Some items, such as weapons and consoles, have neverr been able to be listed or bought in quanty that I know of.

Known Issues:
Selling stacks of items is broken, a fix is on the way.
