after the 15 oct patch. the A button on the xbox controller no longer take loots, as i've use it since release i am certain that i work with the a button before the patch. the X button (take all loot) still work, but that is not the point.
however given the customer service, i doubt this will ever get an swear.

I found this is the case using the mouse as well, so it's not an X-box controller issue:
When multiple rewards appear in a rewards window you cannot take individual items using the "Take" button, but the "Take All" button does work. ( Note: this is with room available in the inventory.)

I have also seen this. The take button will not work, you could hit it over and over and over all you want but in the end you are forced to use the take all button to grab your items.
