I noticed that the SCI borg BO given for the accolade does not have the efficient trait.. Is this an oversight or is it done on purpose?

It appears to be done on purpose... on the other hand, I've heard that it has more 'Superior' Traits then even a Very Rare BO has, so in any case, this cannot be compared to a normal BO...

Is the KA Borg officer reward a male or a female one? Is it any different to the Borg officer engineer female?
