Just checked out the Foundry, seems pretty cool. I don't have any big ideas right now for missions, but I'm playing around with the tools and seeing how it works. One little thing that I think would be nice to have is the ability to move the proportion sliders for NPC heads and bodies. The things you can edit now are nice, but I would appreciate the ability to make differently-shaped aliens (like E'genn, for example). I don't know how hard this would be, but I wanted to leave some feedback on the subject. If I make a mission, I'd like to make a planet with a somewhat memorable and distinctive species, and this would help tremendously.
