Available missions bugged

im missing daily PVP NPC and probably a few others so i cant start those missions

also dvak doesnt show all his missions unless i open his tab

infact dvak is the only npc to show up on the available list for me currently

i just posted my own bug, the mission giver screen is general is all over the place switching between contacts and not giving us an accurate view of what missions we have available.
