I need to cancel my account for the month of January because I will not have a PC to play Star Trek Online on.

Will I be able to reactivate my account with everything intact once my PC gets fixed?

Of course, sir. There is no MMO that I know of that actually deletes your account/characters if you ever cancel or stop payments.

Your account will be fine... when you get back all of your stuff will be waiting for you..

not having to experience your issue personally with sto but with other MMO's i would assume (which i hate to do) that the answer is yes. Most MMO's ive played, if i had to suspend my account for one reason or another, my toon data was recoverable without penalty. I would contact cryptic cust svc directly unless someone here in the forum family can speak with more experience in the matter. If your only going to be down for 30 days or less i would not even bother. however if you believe a longer downtime is pending then check first then decide which is better.
