Bug: UNABLE TO LOG IN

I tried to get into Drazana station, and crashed to desktop. Ever since then I have been unable to get back into game with an error about mismatched data [I think that is what it was].

Can someone fix my account?

Start the launcher, select options from the top menu and tick 'Force verify'.
This should make it check your game files and reload any it finds that are corrupt.

DId that, didint change anything. Looks like the same scan it does every time you crash to desktop, not sure if it was any different. The crash to desk top comes up after I select 'safe' or 'normal' login and it tries to get to the character in-game.

The message is:

Fatal Error: Read wrong number of bytes

Technical Details: ./piggs/bins.hogg:
Bin/Geobin/Maps/Solar_System/Neu_Bar_System/Neu_Bar_System.Zone/World_Cells.Info: Read wrong number of bytes.

Still can't enter the game...

Ok, now I'm guessing. What I would do now would be to MOVE the affected file to a diffent folder - not delete - and then start the launcher again to see if it picks up on the fact that the file is no longer available and hopefully tries to download it again.

If it doesn't work you still have the original to restore to its original position.

If this doesn't work, as a last resort you may have to unistall and re-install it.
That's the best I can come up with I'm afraid.
Hopefully someone else will come up with a better idea.

Also, before trying the above, I would recommend that you run a CHKDSK scan on your harddisk to make sure that there are no bad sectors.

Able to log ini again - unistall/reinstall/update later.

Horrible experience.
