unable to enter [ANY] instance/fleet/system

As the tile says im stuck in space whenever i enter any fleet action/system/sector or try to enter an starbase my client is getting stuck @ loading and then i get booted..i can se the servers have issues atm..and now i ask is this the norm?...im not arguing about about lag...disconnects... i played many mmos in the past i wont name any for STO's sake ...'but lol nothing liek this i cant even play normally -___- ,


p.s also lol my video setting keep getting reset to default now even though i havent changed them in 5 days !?!?! -__-

Hanving same issue all of my characters are in ESD atm and I can not log in on any of them keep getting booted,
