Devs, I am wondering why it is taking so long to get a ticket answered. It has been up since Monday night and haven't gotten a singel response the ticket # 1050156.

I would like to know that too. I have had a ticket that has been unanswered for over a 100 days on the counter for what was a simple graphical issue. Which I just fixed by switching my ship skin. I have also just opened a ticket and requested GM help for a bug that won't let me change maps or continue in any mission.
