Torpedoes automatically discharge! HELP!

My torpedoes keep discharging themselves automatically! How do I turn this off?

I'm assuming you have "autofire" enabled? When you're looking at your interface, you should see a green outline around your torpedos. If you right-click on the icon for that weapon, it'll disable auto-fire for that weapon slot.

your UI is shared between all your ships, so if you have autofire enabled on a weapon slot in one of your ships, that slot will be enabled in all of them. I really wish the Devs would make the UIs for each of your ships separate, so you wouldn't have to reconfigure your powerbar, BOFFs and autofire every time you switched ships.

I've never had to reconfigure my power bar, boffs, and autofire when I switch ships.
