Atari Tokens issue..

So i figured i'd sub a month on CO and got 400 tokens for it, but i can't seem to use them in STO..

Weren't Atari Tokens supposed to work on all Atari supported games?

No i didn't exactly buy the tokens but i should still be able to use them in any game that supports them.

Some of them are game specific depending on how you get them. The 400 I got from the referral program and the 500 I got from adding a digital deluxe key to my account don't show up in CO or my account on the Atari support site, but they worked in the STO C-store. As far as I've seen it's any bonus tokens you don't pay for directly are limited to the game you earned them in.

No i didn't exactly buy the tokens but i should still be able to use them in any game that supports them.

Any points received as part of CO's subscription are only usable in that game - it's an extra perk to being a gold subscriber.
