Searched, but failed to find answers to these.
1) Do bridge officers contribute to damage dealt by your captain for ground damage accolades?
2) What ground weapons deal kinetic damage?

1) Yep they do, what I do when levelling a character is to give all my away team members weapn's with differing energy types until I get the accolade then then give them something else, finally settling on the weapon I want them to use long term after getting the accolades.
2) Explosives, so things like photon grenades, quantum mortars and the like. Melee weapons do physical damage which doesn't count towards the kinetic damage accolade. My main is a sci and I can tell you it's been a long time and a real pain in the rear but I'm close to finally getting my last damage accolade, the kinetic one.
