Hello, in leveling from 9 to 10, the system failed and brought me back to level 9:
He was a Lieutenant level 9 and when he leveled to 10, he was back to level 9, so a lot of XP got lost. This happened when I completed an exploration mission in the Delta Volanis Cluster, the DXPs were added correctly, but the XPs was added as I was to level 8 and not 9.
This happened about 1 hour before the Emergency Maintenance.
I already submitted 2 ticket: 1 for Game Play and 1 for Technical Issues, and both told me they could do nothing and closed the ticket as RESOLVED!
But the skillpoints are still missing, so for me it's not resolved: what can I do to restore the correct level/slilpoints ?
