If I get the TOS Bundle Pack. Will I be able to use some of those interiors in the foundry?

While you can use them in game if you purchase them, it does not work like that (presently and frankly I hope never, in the Foundry.
No assets from the cstore since the time of the TOS interiors have been added to the editor yet, and it is on the dev team for the foundry to get it to that point.. So purchasing the pack will do nothing for you on a mission creation standpoint, but as a side note I can say they are darned nity outfits and weapons and such and worth picking up.
