Cant re-activate my account/key

Im a returning customer that had stopped playing. I just re-installed the game and tried to activate but of course it says its activated. Im not able to do anything beyound that, cant patch game, can't purchase a subscription etc... what gives???:mad:

So now having been really frustrated I submit and buy another license... , I get 30 days free anyway so its the same cost... but.. still I cant activate the key, it keeps saying account error??

you shouldn't have had to reactivate it, I recently reinstalled mine, and all I had to do was run the install off my disk and download the patch. Assuming you are still using the same cryptic account, it should still be activated. If you set up a new one, that might explain your problem, the retail key you used is still active on the old account.

I don't know why the new key doesn't work though, I've added new keys to my account without a problem too, where'd you get it?

Got it to work via help chat... not sure what I had done wrong but anyway... just waiting for the massive patch to finsh now.
