Patrol Mission

Hi guys, I just started playing the game and I'm doing some Patrol Missions. The one I am currently doing is to find a Lost Miner in an asteroid field. That wasn't hard to find, but I am supposed to take it back to a station, but I have no idea where the station is. There are no indications as far as I can see to point me to a station, so could someone advise me please? Thanks.

press 'M' to bring up your map. There should be a circle on the map as to where you need to go.

Yes there was, and I went to it, but didn't see any stations at all, just loads of astroids.

There's a base/mining facility on one of the larger asteroids. Also, did you make sure to keep the lost mining vessel with you the whole way back (don't go too fast! The mission only completes if you lead him back home).

Yes, I still have the freighter with me, he's been right close to me the whole way. and thanks, I'll look for the right astroid now.

You may need to Zoom in on the map to see the circle if it is too small. GL.

Thanks everyone, I finally found the right astroid with the mining facility on it. Just for anyone else who might be stuck, the Astroid is NOT within the circle on the map, but on the ring of Astroids surrounding it, and it is noticeably brighter than any of the other astroids.

I remember the first time I did this mission to... Flew around the whole planet :p

Yo can drop the freighter of at the nearest mining astroid. Closest is the one where the freighter is 'looking' at.
