Game Download Problems

I downloaded a copy of the game after buying it. After downloading it, it didn't work. I submited a tickek but got a very unuseful reply. To anyone who can help with this, PLEASE HELP!!!

It didn't work? Was your computer turned on? Did you select install? At least give some information as to the problem / messages it shows, etc....
