So as previously reported by Husanak (http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=224135) on Tribble, Kerrat is on the fritz. For a time it seemed this bug had been fixed with the deploy to Holodeck, but it has now returned. Basically, in Kerrat Borg are constantly warping in from outside the map, repeatedly. Not all of them, but most of them and under the right circumstances they will engage you with no way for players to shoot back as they are constantly out of range.
Since some were confused with what exactly was happening on the previous post about this issue, I've uploaded a video to YouTube to show the problem.

Yeah, i've noticed this for the last couple of days, I think it's instance 3.
Maybe they're excited about the coming Borg invasion.
That could be the Borg version of a rave.
The video screams for a techno soundtrack.

I've seen it come and go in Instance 10 as well. Some days it's like this and some days it isn't. The zone reseting does not fix it.

Kerrat is the ONLY open PvP instance in the game since STO was released.
It was and still is the most bugged instance in all STO. (Probes/Spheres inside the structures not targetable yet firing on ships etc) There has not been a single attempt to fix ANY bug.
To the contrary ,there has been a gradual introduction of new bugs like the the "crew message decloak bug" after season 2 (which of course affect every instance not solely Kerrat but is more pronounced there)
The latest bug with the Borg Cubes /spheres warping in and out non stop has made the instance practically UNPLAYABLE !
Personaly i spend a lot of time in Kerrat because i love open pvp.I could put up with all the bugs so far but THIS is just killing it.
I m not playing this game for free.Just like anyone else i pay for the damn thing.
I expect a MINIMUM of reliability and consistency from the programmers of STO.
Show your customers a minimum of respect and FIX IT .NOW !:mad::confused:
