Hi all,
I've been having an issue with the "Breen Energy Dissipator" skill for a while now and am wondering if anyone else is experiencing it. Basically, despite me equiping it (having the Breen space set equiped) and locking the power tray it keeps on disappearing on its own accord. Is anyone else experiencing this skill disappearance thing?
