I was curious about something what happened to that foundry mission An Old Flame which is strange unless it is being updated.

Wow, what an old post. I originally intended to create four parts but the limitations of the toolset prevented me from moving forward beyond part 2. I've recently returned to STO and will investigate the possibility of finishing the story. It was extremely fun to make and always one of those things that I wanted to finish. One way or another, it will be concluded this year.
