Tailor/Off duty bug

got a bit of a bug with my Orion female, one of the tailor slots seems to be bugged, i cant change anything...i tried making a save in another slot and then applying it but then it wont let me purchase the changes....

Has anyone else found this?

All KDF have this bug with the off-duty slot since we don't get off-duty uniforms.
