Breen MK XI engines bugged?

Just earned my Mk XI Breen supercooled engines and I saw this compared to my current Mk X engines:

How can the Mk XI be that much weaker then the old Mk X ones???

If you were on the ground when you took that screenshot and the new engine was in your inventory, that's why it looked that way. Look at them while in space and you'll see the proper stats. It's a known bug.
